How to find us?
AquaCity is located near the town centre of Poprad. The best is to use the D1 motorway (Poprad – Východ exit) from the direction of Prešov or Žilina.
AquaCity is only 10 minutes away from the international airport of Poprad, 5 minutes away from the railway and bus station and it takes only 15 minutes to get there by car from the High Tatras.

Is parking in the water park complex for free?
Parking is for free in the whole complex. Hotel guests can use a separate guarded car park and buses can park at the ice hockey stadium.
Card payment is accepted all over the water park.
There is a cash dispenser (Slovenská sporiteľňa) to the right of the main water park entrance (outdoor section between the building entrance and the car park for hotel guests).
Do I have to buy a ticket online? Is advance booking necessary?
Online tickets must be purchased one day in advance. The e-shop offers better prices and guarantee of use. Advance booking with water park and wellness centre tickets is not necessary. E-shop tickets are sold in the form of electronic vouchers.

Once you buy your ticket(s), you will receive an electronic wristband to wear all around the water park. It serves also for locking your locker. Every locker is big enough (width 34 cm x height 133 cm).
If you have more luggage, please contact our security services at the lower entrance to have your luggage stored.
Fasten your wristband properly because there is a €85 fine for wristband loss. After you buy your ticket, go to the changing room where there are changing cubicles and lockers to store your belongings.
If you have some valuables, these can be stored in safes with a camera surveillance system at the ticket office. The refundable fee for using a safe is €0.50.
If you buy a time-limited ticket (e.g. 2 or 3 hours), there are extra 30 minutes for changing and eating or drinking. Every commenced half an hour costs €2.
Your wristband can be used to pay in gastronomy facilities of the AquaCity water park. The debit has to be paid at the ticket office when leaving.
Are prams allowed in the water park?
Prams can be left at the ticket office as they are not allowed inside the park. During the summer season in good weather when outdoor summer ticket offices are opened, prams can enter the outdoor water park section.
What’s the minimum age of children to use the water park without adult company?
Children older than 15 years can enter the water park if they present their identification document to prove their age.
Can I use pools with a small baby?
It is safe for babies to stay in the water park pools and the water temperature is ideal for them. Our water is UV cleaned, which reduces the need of chlorine. In our Blue Diamond pools, there are swimming courses for children from 3 months to 3 years 3x per week. Every child must wear a swim nappy in pools. Swim nappies can be purchased at our ticket office and in shops.
Kid’s zone
In the changing room, there is a special kid’s zone for mothers with children and a section with changing tables, baby chairs, playpens and a microwave for food warming. .
Can small children use the water park for free?
For children smaller than 120 cm (including), every ticket costs €1. All other children have to pay the price based on the price list.
What are the current opening times? Are we open also on bank holidays?
Check the opening times here. Our resort is open all year round also on bank holidays when the opening times are the same as on Sundays.
Do you sell swimwear?
There is a swimming shop in our water park and it sells swimwear, pool slippers, swimming aids and water toys.
If your gift vouchers, e-shop vouchers or Zľavomat vouchers expired, please contact us by email: info@aquacity.sk to have them extended.
The whole water park is wheelchair friendly and there are hoists and platforms in every pool.
Clients with disability cards and companions can buy Aqua packets at €5 on working days. Their companions have to pay the price based on the price list. Tickets can be purchased only at water park tickets on the 2nd floor.
Are towels included in ticket prices?
Towels (€5) and pool towels (€10) can be purchased at the water park ticket office. Only bathrobes can be borrowed at €5 plus a refundable deposit of €20 (refunded when the bathrobe is returned).
