Cryocenter – session duration is approximately 30 minutes. Before the cryotherapy itself, you will be provided with the necessary clothing and protective gear. You will first spend about 30 seconds in an adaptation chamber at –60°C, followed by the main cryochamber at –120°C, where you stay for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. After leaving the cryochamber, there is a period of about 20 minutes of intensive exercise to warm up the body.
