FAMILY PACKET and AQUAPARK PACKET – FAMILY PACKET – entry to all indoor and outdoor Aquapark pools:
Relaxation zone – 3 outdoor thermal pools with water attractions, 2 indoor Blue Diamond thermal pools with water bars, 50m swimming pool, steam sauna
Fun Zone – relaxing indoor Blue Sapphire pools, indoor children’s world Treasure Island, children’s play areas and playgrounds
Summer season – Mayan Pyramid, outdoor children’s pool, inflatable Pirate Water Park

WELLNESS PACKET – FIRE & WATER WELLNESS & SPA – Entry to the sauna centre and all indoor and outdoor pools of the Aquapark: 8 saunas and inhalations (ceremonial, salt, menthol, steam, Finnish , infra sauna), relaxation pool with whirlpools, massage jets and the Bay of  Love, Jacuzzi, relaxation rooms with bio fireplaces, Ice Cave

EXPLANATORY NOTES TO THE PRICELIST AND DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

• FAMILY PACKET – Family packet ticket for 3 people including at least 1 child younger than 18 years. A ticket for 4 people including at least 2 children younger than 18 years. Every extra child younger than 18 years (with 3 or 4 people) has to pay €16. The maximum number of persons per family package is 6. The Family Packet can be purchased online via shop. aquacity.sk without AquaCity Club Card or at cash desks only with AquaCity Club Card. Cards can be issued at the cash desk for a fee of € 5.
• CHILD up to 120 cm – entry for €1
• CHILD – over 120 cm and up to 15 years of age (proof of age required – insurance card or passport)
• STUDENT – from 15 to 26 years of age (proof of study), holders of ISIC, ITIC and EURO <26
• SENIOR – over 60 years of age (identity card or passport)
• Severely handicapped person, severely handicapped person with a guide – Guide of the severely handicapped person must be over 18 years old (disability ID)
• AQUACITY CLUB – loyalty program. Membership in the club programme is available at the cash desk or online at shop.aquacity.sk.  Discount is provided upon Club Card presentation.
• Severely handicapped person with a guide during working days – AQUAPARK packet entry for €5 for persons with a valid disability ID card during business days subject to a valid card. The Guide pays the price according to the valid price list. Entries can only be issued at AquaCity cash desks on the 2nd floor.
• GROUP DISCOUNT – 10% discount on the price of the AQUAPARK and WELNESS packet tickets for organised groups with a minimum of 20 people, 20% discount on the AQUAPARK and WELNESS tickets for organised groups with a minimum of 40 people. Free entry for a guide for every 20 people in the group.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• ONLINE SHOPPING – Tickets in the form of electronic vouchers and gift vouchers are available at shop.aquacity.sk. Tickets must be purchased at least 1 day in advance.
• FIRE & WATER WELLNESS & SPA CENTRE – One-time access to Fire & Water Wellness & Spa with the Aquapark Packet ticket is € 15 per person. You can only enter the wellness centre once during your entire ticket validity. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted. Entry for children from 12 to 15 years is only allowed with the escort of a person over the age of 18. Use of sauna in the sauna area in the wellness centre, is forbidden in bathing suits and shoes. (Sauna bathing is permitted only wearing a sheet available at the Vital bar. Change of sheet is subject to an additional charge). Children’s sauna bathing is available during selected hours and days.
• ENTRY TIME LIMIT – 30 minutes free of charge with each purchased ticket for eating and changing clothes. Each additional half hour is subject to an additional charge of €2.
• PAYMENT IN FOOD & BEVERAGE CENTRES – In AquaCity F&B centres you can pay via debit from our electronic wrist chip. You will pay your debit balance at the cash desks upon your departure.
• LOSS OF CHIP – Loss of electronic wrist chip is subject to a fee of € 85.

CONDITIONS FOR ELECTRONIC TICKETS

• ELECTRONIC MONTHLY PASS / MONTHLY FEE – Monthly passes can be loaded only onto AquaCity Club cards. Every pass
  can be used only by the person who purchased it.

Discounts cannot be combined and/or cumulated. Payment by card must be reported in advance. Every visitor is required to familiarise themselves with the visiting rules. By purchasing the ticket the visitor confirms that they fully understand the AquaCity rules and the pricelist and agrees with it in its full wording. Price changes are reserved. Prices are stated in EUR and include VAT.
