• FAMILY PACKET & AQUAPARK PACKET – entry to all indoor and outdoor pools of the aquapark:
  Relax Zone – 3 outdoor thermal pools with water attractions, 2 indoor thermal pools Blue Diamond with pool bars, 50 m swimming pool, steam sauna.
  Fun Zone – indoor relaxation pools Blue Sapphire, indoor kids’ world Treasure Island – Treasure Island, children’s corners and playgrounds.
  Summer Operation – Mayan Pyramid, outdoor children’s pool, Fun Zone – inflatable water pirate park.
• WELLNESS PACKET – entry to the Fire & Water Wellness & Spa wellness centre and to all indoor and outdoor aquapark pools:
  8 saunas and inhalations (ceremonial, salt, menthol, steam, dry sauna, infrared sauna), relaxation pool with whirlpools, massage jets and the “Love Bay”, hot tub, relaxation rooms with bio fireplaces, snow cave.

PRICE LIST NOTES AND DISCOUNTS PROVIDED

• FLEXI ONLINE PRICING – The e-shop uses flexible ticket pricing, so prices may vary depending on the date, demand and availability, and are €1–€4 cheaper. In the e-shop you can purchase tickets (vouchers) valid for 6 months from the purchase date or for a specific selected day. Vouchers cannot be used on the day of purchase. Current prices are available at shop.aquacity.sk.
• AQUACITY CLUB – Club membership can be arranged for a €5 fee at the cash desks or online at shop.aquacity.sk. On the e-shop shop.aquacity.sk, register using the email address linked to your club card and you will automatically receive a discount from the listed prices.
• FAMILY PACKET – all-day entry to the Aquapark for families with children up to 18 years old. Ticket for 3 people, including at least 1 child under 18. Ticket for 4 people, including at least 2 children under 18. For each additional child under 18 above the (3 or 4 person) package, the ticket price is €16. The maximum number of people per one family package is 6.
• CHILD up to 120 cm or 5.99 years old – entry for €1 (Sport packet or Aquapark packet).
• CHILD – over 120 cm and up to (and including) 14 years of age (health insurance card or passport).
• STUDENT – 15–26 years old (proof of study), holders of ISIC, ITIC and EURO<26 cards.
• SENIOR – over 60 years old (ID card or passport).
• DISABLED PERSON (ZTP, ZTP-S) AND COMPANION – the companion of a ZTP-S card holder must be at least 18 years old (ZTP or ZTP-S card).
• ZTP-S ON WEEKDAYS – Aquapark packet entry for €5 for ZTP-S card holders on weekdays upon presenting a valid card. The companion pays the standard price according to the price list. Entries can be issued only at the Aquapark cash desks on the 2nd floor.
• GROUP DISCOUNT – 10% discount on Aquapark and Wellness Packet tickets for organized groups of at least 20 people; 20% discount for organized groups of at least 40 people. One companion enters free of charge for every 20 people in the group.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• ONLINE PURCHASE – tickets in the form of electronic vouchers and gift vouchers are available for sale in the AQUASHOP. Tickets must be purchased at least 1 day in advance.
• FIRE & WATER WELLNESS & SPA CENTRE – the surcharge for a single entry to Fire & Water Wellness & Spa with an Aquapark packet ticket is €15 / person. Entry to the wellness centre is allowed only once during the entire validity of the ticket. Children under 12 are not permitted. Children aged 12–15 are allowed only when accompanied by a person over 18. In the sauna area, using the sauna in swimwear and footwear is prohibited. (Sauna use is allowed only with a sheet provided at entry. Sheet replacement is subject to a fee.) Children’s sauna sessions take place during selected opening hours and days.
• TIME LIMIT FOR TICKETS – each purchased ticket includes 30 minutes free of charge for refreshments and changing. An extra fee of €2 is charged for each additional started 30 minutes.
• PAYMENT IN FOOD & BEVERAGE OUTLETS – in AquaCity Aquapark food & beverage outlets, you can pay using credit on your wristband chip. The used credit is settled at the cash desks when leaving.
• LOSS OF CHIP – in case of loss of the wristband chip, a fee of €85 is charged.

TERMS FOR ELECTRONIC PASSES

• ELECTRONIC PASSES / MONTHLY PASS / SEASONAL PROMOTIONAL TICKETS – Purchase is possible only with an AquaCity Club card. Entries can be used only by the person who purchased the pass.
