AquaCity Poprad is a world of amusement, relaxation and peace. The water park offers 13 outdoor and indoor thermal water pools with temperatures of 28°C – 38°C, water slides and more than 350 water attractions. The water of AquaCity rises deep under the surface and is cooled down from 50°C to 36 to 38°C by using technology. The thermal water that is used in pools rises as deep as 1,300 metres and contains more than 20 minerals that are beneficial to human health. It helps with problems of the musculoskeletal and respiratory system, blood circulation, the nervous system and has beneficial cosmetic effects.

” This is my 3rd time at aquacity poprad so I can’t fault aqua city as love the laser show with the blue diamond pools to relax in and the wellness is first class. Shuttle bus is great for skiing. The half board with food option is really good and the food Amazing. I’ve been in summer and outside pools is great. We was lucky as got an upgrade from the double standard room to the apartment. Will be back in the summer !!! “

” All I knew of this venue before I arrived is that it is huge, it certainly is. There are so many indoor and outdoor pools to choose from, some with waves and some with slides – all great fun. The outdoor pools are heated so they are quite nice in early/late evening even in the colder months. In one of the indoor pools is a laser light show, absolutely worth going to see this and it’s included in your pass – really well put together and stunning to watch. There is also a spa facility with a great selection of saunas and a steam room or two. We sat in the “fire and ice” show during one session, hosted by a member of staff they talked through the benefits of a sauna. Would also recommend attending one of these. You can easily spend a day here and enjoy the lot.”
